Queen Elizabeth's Hospital School

Queen Elizabeth's Hospital is no ordinary school. With only 600 senior and 100 junior day pupils, we know every student. Individuals truly matter here. Whether they are talking to boys in year 7 or girls in our sixth form, visitors comment on the friendliness and confidence of our pupils, while they in turn speak about how well they get on with each other and the staff.
Entry is by assessment, usually at age 7, 11, 13 or 16 although occasionally vacancies occur in other year groups. Taster days are also available for all entry years. While QEH remains academically selective, it is not socially exclusive and offers means tested bursaries as well as academic, sport and music scholarships at all entry points.
