Sonic Alert are thrilled to play at The Siren's Calling for the first time and the only date in 2025 where you can hear a full gig from the sonic bros in 2025 in Portishead so get down for a great night of singing and dancing to a great selection of songs and a light show that even puts the Prodigy's glasto appearance to shame !

Looking for an outdoor adventure this summer.   
Muddy Play Days—a fun-filled, nature-inspired afternoon where children  can run, play, and explore beneath the beautiful willow trees! 

Date: Wednesday, 6th, 13th, 20, 27th August 
Location: Willow Community Garden 
Time: 2–4 pm 
What to expect: 
Lots of space to run, sit & play 
All-age seasonal activities & nature fun 
Healthy snacks for kids & hot drinks for grown-ups 
 Rain or shine—so don’t forget your waterproofs! 

This event is especially for families with primary-aged children, but younger and older siblings are more than welcome too. All under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. 
FREE community event – everyone welcome!

eat:Portishead Saturday 9th August from 10-4pm is a free to attend food festival held around the Marina. Join us for a delicious day out enjoying over 100 local and regional producers. There will also be street food, entertainers, music, places to sit and enjoy the day with family and friends...even the dog!

Okay now for something completely different from Avon, Villains and Airbus.

Whilst attempting to spend time with my Mum in England I thought it'd be nice to have a strum along with a my mate Zac, a lad from Australia who, like me, grew up with The Beatles.

Sometimes if we happen to be working together when we are the road in say Canada or wherever, we will sit and sing Beatles songs in our dressing room and it's so much fun.

Fun being the operative word in such a mad world.

So it'll either be amazing or funny - either of which will make for a very nice time.
