In Avonmouth, just three miles from Portishead, there are a number of companies handling chemicals and dangerous substances. Severnside Sirens are to warn the residents of Avonmouth and neighbouring towns and villages, like Portishead, of any incidents involving these substances. These sirens are tested on the third day of each month at 3pm. You can find out more about the sirens and what to do in an emergency at the link below.

The group is open to anyone over 18 who:
- Has or has had an eating disorder
- Thinks they may have an eating disorder
- Has a “difficult” relationship with food or their body
We meet at lunchtime in the Fedden Room at The Folk Hall on the last Thursday of each month.
