Portishead Retailer Celebrates 20 Years in Business

SoleLution family footwear store has celebrated 20 years in Portishead High Street

Customers, past, present and future joined Tanya Marriott, owner of SoleLution shoe shop in Portishead High Street) for a ‘fun of the fair’ birthday weekend. Tanya and her team invited customers to spin the wheel, enter a free draw and dive in to a lucky dip, with a chance to win prizes and one lucky family walked away with a free pair of boots to the value of more than £100.

Fellow traders also joined in the celebrations and to mark this two-decade milestone, tea room Shanicatti Shakes, also on Portishead High Street, presented Tanya with a special birthday cake which she was delighted to share with her customers.

Tanya said: “I think 20 years in the High Street is quite an achievement and I couldn’t have done this without all my wonderful customers. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey, it’s been hard work, but it has also been a blast!”
